ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION : IBA - Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion empowers and engages individuals and families to improve their lives through high-quality affordable housing, education, and arts programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Arts Program Development and Management
- Develops and implements the Arts program business plan.
- Develops and oversees year-long programming for the IBA Arts Program, including flagship summer events : Festival Betances and Tito Puente Latin Music Series.
- Develops arts placemaking activities and initiatives in La CASA and Villa Victoria.
Partnerships and Collaboration
Reporting and Data Management
Financial Oversight and Revenue Generation
Team Leadership and Representation
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
IBA is proud to offer very competitive $98,000 annualized salary, commensurate with experience, and a robust benefit plan that includes an 80 / 20 premium cost share for comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance; a generous HRA provided by the company ($9,450 or $18,900 based on single and family coverage) and other built in supports that significantly reduces or eliminates out of pocket medical expenses. We offer a 403b plan with annual employer contribution, generous paid time off and free parking (limited availability).
