- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of proven experience with industrial sewing machines.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew and assemble various aerospace materials.
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to determine job specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and precision are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot sewing machine issues.
- Interact with clients and address specific needs as part of customer service duties.
