A company is looking for a Processor to analyze and prepare loan applications for underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information and manage files from pre-approval to closing
Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy
Maintain an active pipeline of 45-50 loans and meet crucial deadlines
Required Qualifications
Two years of processing experience with Government, Conventional, and DU / LP loans
Experience with the Housing Finance Agency
Familiarity with Encompass is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer skills
