Local Sales Manager

Provide first line supervision to ensure individual sales representative, achieve assigned sales objective and budgets.

Implement and ensure compliance with advertising sales objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience required. Five years media sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to motivate others and work under pressure. Ability to keep abreast of competitive conditions. Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience preferred.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 per year. At Mediacom, sales roles salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
