Field Marketing Manager

At Dave & Buster's we strongly believe that the stores are the heartbeat of our business. We strive to support operations' teams drive their business to the best of their ability at the local level. We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager that can take national marketing strategies and promotions and translate them to local activation plans. This individual would lead field marketing at the corporate level, supported by field leaders at the regional level to drive strategy and execution. We know that being involved in local communities, building local partnerships and driving local initiatives is a critical component to drive traffic and sales, and need someone strong to lead this charge!
DAY IN THE LIFE
- Work with Director of Brand Marketing to define field marketing process and overarching field marketing strategy to achieve traffic and sales goals.
- Propose & manage local executions to amplify national campaign efforts.
- Drive field marketing process with operations leaders including regional field marketing experts, area directors, GM council, and local GMs.
- Create and manage ROI tracking process on field marketing initiatives to understand effectiveness.
- Recommend, negotiate, and manage DMA-level partnerships that support local stores.
- Oversee local store marketing budgets and ensure proper spend management at the individual store level.
- Support marketing requests from field as liaison between operations and creative / digital / media teams.
- Work with Programming Manager to help execute local in-store programs, like entertainment tests or trivia nights.
