Job descriptionBuild, QA, and launch campaigns following established structures, budgets, and naming conventions Monitor pacing and performance (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR) Conduct A / B tests on creatives, ad sets, and audiences Maintain accurate reports, spend trackers, and documentation Communicate proactively with teams via Slack, email, and video calls Provide data-based recommendations to improve performance 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat experience is a plus) Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization best practices Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis Excellent English communication and experience working with U.S.-based clients Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns Agency background or multi-brand account management Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or Airtable Basic Canva or Figma design skills Exposure to creative testing and strategy
