A company is looking for a Medical Coder - Infusion in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities : Provide coding and coding auditing services based on operative reports and current coding principles Analyze and translate medical diagnoses and procedures into designated numerical codes Act as a liaison to physicians and clinical teams, providing feedback on documentation and coding Required Qualifications : High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Professional Coder (CPC) 2+ years of physician billing experience, including at least 1 year of coding experience Diversified understanding of CPT guidelines and Medicare regulations Knowledge of ICD-9 / 10 codes, CPT, and HCPCs
