We are a growing general dentistry practice on a mission to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of our community through high-quality, convenient dental care. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art, 4,200 sq. ft. facility features 12 operatories, allowing us to provide exceptional care to our loyal and expanding patient base.

With 7 doctors, hygienists, assistants, and patient care coordinators who have been with us for years, we strive to create a supportive and growth-oriented environment where everyone can thrive. About You

You might be exactly who we're looking for if :

• You have 5+ years of experience in dental office management, especially in a large group or corporate practice, and are ready to break free from the corporate grind.
• You want the opportunity to make a real impact, leading a team with creativity and passion.
• You excel at building strong, cohesive teams, improving processes, and creating a culture of growth and service.
