Our guests come to Èlephante for more than just great food and drinks – they come for an unforgettable experience. We’re looking for a Model Beverage Server who embodies the elegance, energy, and charm of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in offering world-class service.
As a Model Beverage Server at Èlephante, you'll be part of an iconic new Scottsdale destination, where every guest’s experience is a priority. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy connecting with guests and helping to elevate the social scene with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- First Impressions Matter : Greet and welcome guests with poise, warmth, and enthusiasm, creating an immediate positive connection and setting the tone for their visit.
- Efficient Order Taking & Delivery : Use the Toast POS system to take beverage orders accurately and quickly, ensuring drinks are delivered in a timely manner with attention to presentation.
- Expert Beverage Recommendations : Engage with guests to suggest thoughtful drink pairings and enhance their experience, using your knowledge of our beverage menu and unique offerings.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction : Regularly check in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the Ambiance : Ensure that both the bar and dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked, helping to uphold the elegant and vibrant atmosphere of the lounge.
- Collaborate with the Team : Work seamlessly with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide a smooth and efficient service during both peak and off-peak hours.
