Bemana is recruiting a Service Manager to join a reputable power generation company in the Fort Wayne, IN area.

Responsibilities :

• Schedules and dispatches technicians, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.
• Direct service team with determining answers to customer issues; resolve escalated customer issues
• Provide progress reports in order to improve service team satisfaction and efficiency
• Create work orders and prepare invoicing
• Support developing a scalable process and ensure the service team adheres to it correctly
• Must be highly organized and a great communicator
