Examinetics is hiring an Accounting Specialist to join our expanding team! This is a full time hybrid role based out of our Overland Park, KS office. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

Primary Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable (AR) :

• Processing and routing customer invoices timely and accurately.
• Researching and following up on pending customer invoice issues.
• Running weekly aging reports.
• Processing credit and debit memos

Accounts Payable (AP) :

• Open invoices, receive approval, and code for entry into Navision
• Manage and pay expense reports received in Certify
• Prepare weekly-proposed check run for management approval
• Submit ACH payments or print checks for vendors and employee expenses
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain W-9s and assist with 1099 reporting as needed
• Update various analysis spreadsheets

Job Requirements :

Education and / or Experiences :

• 2+ years of related experience, either in AR or AP
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office products, sorting and filtering data in Excel

Skills and Abilities :

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and telephone skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
