What You'll Be Doing :
About the Role
The Senior Vice President (SVP), Oncology is a key clinical executive responsible for leading oncology-related utilization management, quality improvement, and clinical operations across Evolent's value-based care platform. This role ensures consistent, high-quality adjudication of oncology decisions and serves as a strategic liaison between clinical teams and clients.
Responsibilities include :
- Directly managing field medical directors focused on medical oncology, radiation oncology, and surgical oncology.
- Providing leadership to overall oncology service line activities including operational excellence, product innovation, clinical partnerships, and financial impact assessment.
- Leading provider and member engagement strategies to improve the quality of care for oncology care services.
- Leading the development of new clinical interventions that increase value for members while mitigating the increasing cost of oncology care.
- Leading the development of strategies for care management, utilization mitigation, and value-based incentive programs.
