Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic IT Ops Analyst to review and improve core service management processes—specifically Incident, Change, and Problem Management within a global enterprise environment. This role is instrumental in driving process improvements and compliance aligned with ITIL best practices.

The ideal candidate will serve as a process steward, collaborating closely with service owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement of ITSM workflows and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standardized workflows, policies, procedures, and templates for Incident, HyperCare, Change, and Problem Management

Identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Ensuring process alignment with ITIL best practices

Promoting consistency, accountability, and agility across service delivery operations

Define reporting mechanisms to measure process effectiveness

Support configuration and optimization of FreshService ITSM tool related to process implementation

Ensure accurate data quality and reporting across modules
