Job descriptionBachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field is required. Eight (8) years of programming experience is required. Five (5) years as a development or implementation project lead is required. Two years of third-party vendor management a plus. Experience may be considered in lieu of education. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions using Oracle technologies. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and internal clients to design and implement solutions that meet their business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develops high-quality software design and architecture solutions.
- Self-directs and provides technical leadership for other team members.
- Identifies, prioritizes and executes tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Acts as a positive role model and champions IT processes, services and initiatives.
- Builds key relationships with other technical teams and contributes to a positive work environment through collaboration with teammates, other technical teams and stakeholders.
- Automates tasks through appropriate tools and programming.
