INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent)
Our client, a global manufacturing organization headquartered in WNY, is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate who enjoys building relationships and identifying business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive business relationships with customers, building a robust pipeline
  • Identify new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact through close of sale, developing strong & strategic relationships with customers
  • Become a trusted advisor for partners, key stakeholders, and customers, acting as their initial point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Identify and understand customer needs in order to create personalized solutions
  • Review customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify competitor activity to pinpoint business/growth opportunities and develop strategic approaches
  • Participate in pricing development, creating customer proposals, and contract negotiations in order to ensure customers feel valued while business is growing
  • Ensure accurate CRM records are maintained at all times
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to upper management and internal stakeholders to allow for business development transparency
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations in an effort to deepen relationships and drive business
  • Collaborate with various internal team members to ensure high level customer experiences are achieved
  • Work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Other duties as assigned/as necessary


Details:

  • Position is full-time, direct hire
  • 100% in-office
  • Some travel to customer sites may be required (5-10%)
  • $52,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience in business development, account management, sales, etc.
  • Experience in B2B, lead generation, prospecting, etc. is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees and customers
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organization skills, analytical, and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Relocation not available
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available
