A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding programs, ensuring transparency in scope, schedules, and risks
Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, coordinating service optimization and issue resolution
Manage multi-track programs across networking, voice, and cybersecurity platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and successful execution of complex projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years in customer-facing operations and 5+ years in program / project management with a strong technical background
Proven experience in multi-site enterprise deployments across WAN / SD WAN, SASE, SIP / UC, and managed cybersecurity solutions
ITIL practitioner certification (or equivalent experience) and vendor technology certifications; PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet; experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
Bachelor's Degree preferred, with consideration for relevant coursework and extensive professional experience
