You'll have...
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or Controls Engineering
5+ years experience in one or combination of D&R Engineer, Electrical Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, Engineering Management or Equivalent discipline
3+ years of experience using enterprise Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management tools (FEDE, Global Integrator, JAMA, TeamCenter,
3+ years’ experience in the usage of industry standard project management tools for product development and delivery (MS Project or equivalent)
2+ years’ experience in the usage of the JIRA work management tool or equivalent for product development and delivery
Working level experience with GPDS or similar Hardware Product Development Process, familiarity with technical deliveries to milestones and an understanding of dependencies required to deliver successfully to each engineering milestone; Capable of navigating complex hardware development cycles, from initial concept through to production launch
Ability to understand complex technical issues and to present adjusted levels of detail based on target audience
Very strong business English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong presentation skills with ability to tailor material and presentation style to varied audiences (Executive to working level, strategy to technical)

This position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $97,140- 190,500.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
