We are driven by a commitment to excellence, leveraging a team of over 650+ highly skilled professionals to design, implement, and manage technology systems that are not only effective and competitive but also scalable and value driven. Our comprehensive suite of services includes the creation of customized technology solutions tailored to specific business needs, in-depth IT assessments and strategic planning, meticulous IT device and infrastructure management, robust data backup and recovery solutions, seamless cloud and on-premise migrations, enterprise-grade security services, and round-the-clock, 24/7/365 quad-lingual end-user support. • Coach customers’ growing cloud footprints by providing recommendations, designs, and reviews before the engineering bench executes.
  • Triage and resolve identity incidents quickly, partnering with the Endpoint and Identity Operations team on threat investigations.
  • Build cost models, capacity forecasts, and FinOps recommendations the customer can act on.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Jolera’s shared Cloud Engineering bench, owning the design while the bench executes.
  • Provide on-site technical leadership during customer change advisory boards, design sessions, and incident response activities.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 7+ years in enterprise cloud engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Azure.
  • Deep Azure expertise across IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, conditional access, RBAC, Azure Site Recovery, and cost management.
  • Solid Microsoft 365 administration background including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune fundamentals.
  • Comfortable owning enterprise-scale multi-factor authentication administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to run a design review in front of a customer’s CIO.
  • Located in or near Troy, MI, or willing to relocate. On-site three to five days per week is non-negotiable for this role.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104 (Administrator), AZ-305 (Solutions Architect), or AZ-500 (Security).
  • FinOps Foundation certification (FOCP).
  • Prior experience leading identity platform migrations or consolidations.
  • Prior MSP, MSSP, or Global Systems Integrator (GSI) experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as the system of record for change, incident, and problem management.
  • PowerShell or Microsoft Graph scripting experience for automation and reporting.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package & benefits package
  • Company Perks, and various brand discounts
  • Company events, recognitions, and celebrations
  • Career development and growth opportunity.
