Join our dynamic team as a Product Merchandising Specialist, where you will play a vital role in maximizing product visibility and sales in high-volume stores like grocery outlets. This position involves a variety of tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and great interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Merchandising store shelving, coolers, and displays with assigned products.
• Rotating products in the backroom and on shelves to ensure freshness.
• Transporting products between the backroom and shelf locations.
• Using transportation equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Creating visually appealing promotional displays with signs and banners.
• Maintaining an organized and tidy backroom stock area.
• Communicating effectively with store managers and the Pepsi management team regarding any store issues.
• Building strong customer relationships at the store level.
• Adhering to operating procedures like scan-in / scan-out and following designated routes.
• Providing exceptional customer service, focusing on attentiveness to customer needs.
• Working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Utilizing handheld devices to write and input orders efficiently.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

This position may require the use of your vehicle for a sales route, and mileage reimbursement is available.
