Job Overview:

Seeking highly experienced application developer with experience in a variety of modern web technologies, tools and languages. Will gather and analyze end-users’ application requirements. Develop, maintain, and support applications for the organization’s Internet, Intranet, and cloud-services sites. Develop, maintain, and support all related database and storage service components. Provide system analysis, design, programming support, and implementation for applications. Responsible for end-to-end development and on-going maintenance, updates and troubleshooting of applications and services. Provide high-quality application code using generally accepted design patterns and practices. Write and provide technical documentation, diagrams, and other project artifacts as necessary. Perform and incorporate unit-testing, functional-testing, and system load testing to ensure system conforms to both functional and non-functional specifications. Ability to code according to current and future quality standards, successfully participate in code and quality assurance reviews, and publish and deploy applications using automated DevOps tools. Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technology for use and perform other related activities as needed. Must be able to actively participate in and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of demonstrative experience with high quality applications development and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of developing software solutions using Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code, C# programming language, .NET, Core (6.x or greater preferred),
• Extensive familiarity in web frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Document Object Manipulation (DOM) manipulation, and technologies like ES modules and/or frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, Angular, etc.
• Must possess depth of knowledge in server-side web development using Core, Razor views and pages, Blazor, well-documented WebAPIs, middleware development, Entity Framework (EF) to relational (MS SQL) and non-relational data stores.
• Must possess the knowledge and ability to implement software design patterns and practices that produce a high-level of code quality in order to; reduce on-going feature and error maintenance, optimize for responsiveness and architectural cost, and maintain the most appropriate security posture for the organization’s data and information.
• Highly capable of analyzing, modernizing, and problem solving in order to design, code, test, and implement software applications. Specifically, the candidate(s) must be able to; gather and analyze customer requirements and formulate solutions to address requirements.
• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate application structure and complex scenarios clearly and concisely in both technical and non-technical language.
• Highly capable of generating Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
• Experience in data processing, analytics, and AI modeling, particularly with programming languages and tooling like Python, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel, is highly desirable.
• Must be able to handle large, complex projects that require advanced skill in multiple technical environments
• Must possess the ability to work cohesive in a team, and/or be productivity in an individual setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrative ability to handle large, complex projects that require advanced skill in multiple technical environments.
• Knowledge of building solutions on Microsoft Azure/AWS SAAS/PAAS services, DevOps CI/CD using Git with Azure DevOps/GitHub or similar source control and process management tooling.
• Experienced in other Windows-based or mobile development technologies like WPF, XAML, Xamarin, Swift, or .NET MAUI are pluses.

Education Required:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field. Or equivalent demonstrative work history and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
• Or equivalent workexperience
