A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Winery Worker, you'll be responsible for general labor tasks such as staffing our crush facility, moving hoses and pumps, climbing ladders, and processing shipments of grapes to begin the winemaking process. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone who is looking for a short-term job from August to November with three shift availability. A willingness to work in an outdoor environment, at elevated heights and to comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations is essential. What You'll Need

  • Required to be at least 18 years of age.
  • Required to work any shift.
  • Required to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Required at times to climb to elevated heights of forty (40) feet, for jobs located on the tank tops.
  • Required to work overtime if necessary.
  • The position requires seasonal availability for a seven-day work week (8 - 12 hours per day).
  • Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
  • Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
  • Required to comply with company GMP Policies.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
