Job description

Join Envalior as a PCT Specialist (Process Control Technician Specialist)

As a PCT Specialist at Envalior, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing our production processes to ensure the highest product quality and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the production, engineering, and quality teams to implement process controls and troubleshoot any process deviations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining process control procedures and documentation.
  • Monitoring production data and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and optimize process parameters.
  • Providing training and technical support to production operators on process controls.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

At Envalior, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing of high-performance materials.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in process control within a chemical or polymer production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of relevant process control software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
