Process Improvement Engineer
Location : West Region – Phoenix, AZ
We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to support operational excellence initiatives across multiple regional sites. This role is responsible for leading productivity, cost-reduction, and process optimization projects using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary up to $110,000
Sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available
Eligible for overtime pay
Key Responsibilities :
Lead 6–10 productivity and cost-reduction projects annually across multiple plants.
Identify and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency.
Conduct value stream mapping and utility cost analysis to uncover opportunities.
Facilitate Lean events, idea generation sessions, and stakeholder alignment workshops.
Track project ROI and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Coach and support team members working on smaller-scale CI initiatives.
Partner with plant managers, engineers, and regional leadership to deliver results.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required (engineering preferred).
2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a manufacturing environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; familiarity with CI tools and methodologies required.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Minitab or similar tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time across sites.
