  • Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, customer training, and application reviews.
  • Recommend solutions based on customer requirements, performance needs, power goals, and system constraints.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues with customers and internal teams.
  • Share customer requirements, technical issues, and market feedback with engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Create clear technical documentation, training materials, demo content, and customer-facing resources.
  • Partner with sales and business teams to support customer adoption and design wins.
  • Help drive customer issues to closure with clear ownership, follow-up, and communication.
  • Travel as needed to customer sites, trade shows, sales regions, and Syntiant locations.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in field applications, applications engineering, systems engineering, embedded product support, technical product management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong experience supporting customer evaluations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, design-ins, launches, and production ramps.
  • Solid embedded systems background, with experience across processors, microcontrollers, sensors, audio, connectivity, or related semiconductor technologies.
  • Working knowledge of embedded software, firmware, drivers, development kits, operating systems, and customer prototype environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues and drive timely resolution with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, recommend practical solutions, and clearly explain technical tradeoffs.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, business, and engineering teams.
  • Experience with edge AI, machine learning deployment, low-power systems, acoustic applications, or competitive product analysis is a plus.
