The Program Director / Administrator is responsible for all oversight of all Administrative / Office Management, Clinical / Therapeutic Services, Case Management, Licensing and Accreditation Compliance, Insurance / Billing, and operational assignments. Monitors the activities of all operating components to ensure the practice successfully meets its objectives.
Summary :
- Assists the Executive Director in the strategic planning process and the development of strategic business plans.
- Function as liaison between facility and other outside providers and vendors providing service including physicians, interventionists, attorneys, consultants, therapists, insurance billing, and others.
- Develops a culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability and performance with a shared vision for the future.
- Directs and implements the facility's mission and strategic plan to achieve its strategic and financial goals.
- Develops and updates organizational design, management, and processes for maximum productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensures facility compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
- Represents the facility in its relationships with other health organizations, government agencies, and third-party payers.
- Serves as liaison and channel of communication between the board and its committees, the medical, clinical and administrative staff.
- Provides visible and approachable leadership enhancing working relationships among the staff and physicians.
- Continually monitors operations, programs, physical properties that it follows licensing and accreditation as well as business ethical standards and Coordinates Delegates appropriate changes to director team member's departments.
- Continually monitors clinical care including the delivery of individual therapy and specialty services, group therapy, and clinical assessments.
- Audits all clinical files in the electronic medical record, KIPU
- Continually monitors administrative / office management including scheduling, HR, Medication, utilization review, and medical records.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance market share and financial position through development of partnerships, affiliations, and growth strategies.
- Mentors staff and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Other duties as assigned
