Responsibilities:
Apprenticeship & Program Management
-Program Oversight: Maintain and evolve apprenticeship programs to align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company goals
-Progress Tracking: Monitor apprentice milestones, providing the necessary feedback and resources to ensure successful completion
-Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on program effectiveness, completion rates, and compliance status for leadership
-Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, internal mentors, and external regulatory bodies

Training Coordination & Compliance
-Scheduling: Organize and facilitate classroom-based and on-the-job training (OJT) sessions, including instructor coordination and material preparation
-Licensing Management: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for state trade licenses (Journeyman, Med Gas, etc.), including hours verification and application submissions
-Material Management: Upload and organize training content within the company?s systems to ensure all materials are current and accessible

Onboarding & Talent Development
-Candidate Transition: Coordinate post-offer activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and physicals
