Job Summary The Program Director is the face of our school and the engine behind our growth responsible for marketing and selling martial arts memberships. This role suits someone with a genuine passion for fitness/health/martial arts and a drive to bring its benefits to as many people in the community as possible. Success requires full commitment to learning and executing our proven sales and marketing systems. You'll be the first and most important point of contact for prospective members, so you need to be friendly, professional, organized, and self-motivated, with strong sales instincts and a love of connecting with people. About Premier Martial Arts We train students in Karate, Sport Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kali, Submission Grappling, Krav Maga (1st3rd specific ranks), and sport weapons (Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Escrima Stick, Kamas, Sword, Double Nunchuks). Our network hosts quarterly live events nationwide, including Curriculum Colleges, Certified Instructor Training, an Annual Awards Dinner, an Annual Conference with guest speakers, and a national Tournament Circuit for students and instructors. Room to Grow Program Directors can advance into Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Regional Manager, and Owner roles. If you're looking to build a career with real growth potential while making a genuine impact on your community, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
