This position is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income rather than full-time employment.

- Respond to service tickets as soon as possible and schedule customer appointments in a timely, organized manner
- Assist with deliveries, returns, and repairs during dispatch/off‑season

- Have strong time‑management skills and the ability to self‑schedule effectively
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude when interacting with students, parents, and campus partners
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and reliability
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly - this is a very physical role
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Work independently and handle broad directives without constant supervision
- Be available for long, demanding workdays during peak seasons
Compensation & Schedule
Pay:
- Operations Season: $22 per hour (Average 20 hours per operation)
- Off-Season: $22 per ticket (Average 8-12 tickets a week)
- Mileage or gas stipend provided for use of personal vehicle during dispatch
Typical Hours:
- Peak Season (May-June and August-September): Several long workdays (full‑day shifts)
- (September–October): Typically, 10–15+ hours per week
- Rest of the Year: Approximately 5–10+ hours per week, with the flexibility to create your own schedule.
This role is not full-time but offers consistent supplemental income for motivated, organized, and physically capable individuals.
Additional Notes
- Zero tolerance policy for reporting to work under the influence - violations result in immediate termination
- Ideal for someone seeking flexible, part‑time work with the ability to self‑manage
