We're seeking a Contract Talent Development Specialist to translate leadership insights into robust, actionable development programming. The frameworks and competency grids already exist your work starts where they leave off. Using the data, notes, and feedback our leadership team has gathered, you'll design tailored learning initiatives that give employees the exact skills, experiences, and coaching they need to grow in their current roles and prepare for what comes next.
Key Responsibilities:
The expected pay range for this position is between $100.00 - $150.00 per hour. The actual base rate offered will be determined by several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, and work location.
