You Are :

Delivery Lead Associate Director – Public Service (PS) – is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

The Work :

Managing project delivery of technology solutions / applications at PS clients (custom, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones

Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work

Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need :

Minimum of 10 years professional experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience managing large scale Tech / related Programs and Projects

Experience supporting / working with PS Industry and clients

Experience working with / for a large consulting company

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. California $161,200 to $399,500

Colorado $161,200 to $345,200

District of Columbia $171,700 to $367,500

New York $149,300 to $399,500

Maryland $149,300 to $319,600

Washington $171,000 to $367,500
