  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project success.
  • Review estimates and support project pursuits and bidding activities.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience.
  • Proven success managing projects valued from $20M to $150M+.
  • Experience with:
    • Underground wet utilities (water, sewer, and storm drain)
    • Water and wastewater treatment facilities

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Public bidding and procurement
    • Contract administration
    • Change order management
    • Cost forecasting and earned value reporting
    • CPM scheduling (Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project)
    • Self-perform construction operations
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • OSHA 30
  • CPR/First Aid

Why Join Us?

  • Lead high-profile infrastructure projects that have a lasting impact on communities.
  • Join a growing organization with a strong backlog of work.
  • Opportunity to influence project strategy and operational success.
  • Work alongside experienced construction professionals in a collaborative environment.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and long-term career growth opportunities.

If you're a results-driven construction leader looking to take the next step in your career and play a key role in delivering complex heavy civil projects, we'd love to hear from you.
