Safety First : Understanding of traffic control procedures and a commitment to following safety protocols. Communication Pro : Strong verbal and written communication skills to keep everyone informed and on the same page. Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, carrying, and working on uneven terrain in various weather conditions. Must be able to stoop, squat, crawl, climb, and perform other physical duties as needed for installations. Must be able to traverse uneven terrain in all types of weather. Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and / or pull 50-pound loads at a time. Must be able to work weekends and at night, when needed Background check Must be at least 25, have an acceptable MVR, valid state driver's license PTO Package Exclusive Employee Travel and Entertainment Perks 401 K after one year of employment

- Tool master : Prepare and maintain tools and materials for installation, making sure everything is in top shape.
- Jobsite Prep : Dig post holes, erect signs, and clean up debris to keep the site organized and safe.
- Tool Operator : Get hands-on with a variety of hand and power tools to complete your tasks.
- Traffic Control : Safely direct traffic around work zones, keeping everyone safe and moving.
- End-of-Day Hero : Clean up the site, ensuring everything is stored properly and the area is left spotless.
- Stay Sharp : Receive calls and drive company vehicles to different locations, always ready to tackle the next challenge.
