Growing company is expanding and adding a Real Estate Analyst to their growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support key business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial systems, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
This position will make a strategic impact and offers upward mobility as the company continues to meet its growth plans.
Responsibilities :
- Support procurement and insights departments to lead the development and maintenance of departmental KPIs and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain operational and financial models to provide forward-looking financial and operational business impacts.
- Provide weekly updates of reports to different functional groups and help track KPIs and progress of initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support the senior leadership team and various departments with business needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures.
- Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
