Job Description
- Lead commercial litigation matters involving contracts, real estate disputes, business conflicts, and related commercial issues.
- Develop litigation strategy from initial assessment through trial or resolution.
- Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, conduct depositions, and manage all phases of discovery.
- Counsel clients on risk exposure, resolution strategies, and case valuation.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with senior partners on high-stakes cases.
- Work closely with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- 10+ years of commercial litigation experience (real estate and contract litigation strongly preferred).
- Licensed in Louisiana or deep experience working with Louisiana law.
- Strong courtroom, motion practice, deposition, and trial-preparation skills.
- Ability to manage complex litigation independently and interact with sophisticated clients.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Work with some of Louisianas most respected real estate and litigation attorneys.
