Key Responsibilities
Oversee company-wide resource planning and allocation processes
Manage utilization targets and optimize resource deployment across onshore and offshore teams
Coordinate with sales and pre-sales leadership to align staffing with pipeline opportunities
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or IT services
Direct experience in resource management and capacity planning
Familiarity with multi-practice environments and offshore delivery models
Strong understanding of utilization, margin, and revenue metrics
Proficiency in workforce planning, forecasting, and operational processes
