Revenue Operations Analyst
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is growing and we're looking to bring on a Revenue Operations Analyst to help guide the commercial organization by optimizing a well-structured sales process and implementing solutions based on rigorous analysis. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting our revenue teams by analyzing all aspects of our lead generation, prospecting, deal flow, and revenue pipeline. The ideal candidate will have already started their revenue operations career and is excited to take ownership of key areas of focus within the team. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and Analytics.
This is a remote, home-office based position open to candidates across the continental United States, with a preference for those located in the Eastern Time Zone. Expected travel is less than 5% of the time, but may occasionally be required for team meetings.
Essential Functions
- Assist in helping Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Leadership interact with our data primarily stored in our CRM (Salesforce) and interconnected systems to meaningfully drive better execution of sales strategy
- Analyze our lead and opportunity assignment engine to match the right individuals and companies, with the right sales professionals, at the right time
- Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators
- Gather and organize our data and generate deeper customer insight to enhance sales productivity
- Work cross-functionally to ensure business data and reporting is 100% in sync for all members of our Go-To-Market teams
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies as needed
- Conduct complex, important work under minor supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (mathematics, economics, etc.) and / or equivalent work experience

Salary Disclosure
Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
