As a New Home Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for facilitating the purchase of our newly constructed homes. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the home-buying process. You will work closely with our marketing and development teams to showcase our properties and ensure a seamless and on-brand experience for our customers.
Detailed Responsibilities :
Sales
- Open and close the models and inventory homes
- In the absence of the New Home Sales Counselor, demonstrate model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
- Provide product and pricing information
- Deliver exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
- Greet, assist and establish rapport with prospective clients
- Answer all questions of clients when the New Home Sales Counselor is unavailable
- Capture prospective client information

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills / Experience :
Manager : The Sales Assistant will report daily to the New Home Sales Counselor on site, who will manage the daily tasks. Sales Assistant will also work closely with VP of Marketing and CEO
