What We Offer :
- Base Pay : $1,500 / month ($18,000 / year guaranteed)
- Uncapped Commissions : Commissions begin at 50% of new business commissions and scaling up to 100% once monthly production exceeds $50,000 in premium

Requirements
Licensing :
A Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required.
Not yet licensed? We provide comprehensive study materials, flashcards, practice tests, and one-on-one support to help you get licensed quickly and confidently.
Work Environment :
This position offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote flexibility.
For remote work, you must have a dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection.
Experience :
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, well give you the tools and training to succeed.
Communication Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll be guiding clients through important decisions, so clarity and professionalism are key.
Customer Focus :
