Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required; technical / trade school training preferred. 5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in a job shop or small manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency with measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a small team and multitasking across roles. Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Ability to lift / push / pull weight from 10 to 50 lbs. without restrictions Ability to stand / walk / move for up to 10 hours Ability to work in dusty and dirty conditions Repetitive motion Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, standing, and walking Ability to work independently Maintain a good attendance record Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills / lathes) to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and tolerance standards using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
- Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve part quality.
- Maintain clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Keep accurate records of production runs and machine settings.
- Assist with other shop tasks as needed, including manual machining, secondary operations, or shipping / receiving.
- Wears all required safety equipment and ensures area and environment is safe
