Exact Staff is hiring for our client a Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in Ventura, CA. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in quality and efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery while ensuring product quality and maintaining accurate records. The Machine Operator plays a key role in meeting production goals and supporting overall manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production; perform in-process inspections and document findings; verify product quality and accuracy throughout production; follow verbal and written instructions with precision; assist with general production and shipping tasks as needed; maintain organized and accurate production records; ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred; strong basic math skills; ability to follow detailed instructions; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office experience preferred.
