• This position can be based in any of our CDM Smith offices

CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help further accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning exciting new projects and growing key client accounts. This individual will bring experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC (engineer, procure, construct) projects across CDM Smith’s target industrial client markets and capabilities. This individual has helped clients successfully implement industrial infrastructure and facility capital projects, meet water management objectives, comply with environmental requirements, or address other related needs. Background Check and Drug Testing Information :

CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries (hereafter collectively referred to as “CDM Smith”) reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positions. In addition, CDM Smith may conduct drug testing for designated positions. Background checks are conducted after an offer of employment has been made in the United States. Pay Range Minimum : $119,829

Pay Range Maximum : $209,726

Additional Compensation :

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.

Work Location Options :

Hybrid Work Options may be considered for successful candidate.
