We are looking for Mid and Senior-level Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineers to join our team. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge simulation tools used by our engineering teams to model how our vehicles and systems perform in complex mission scenarios.
The ideal candidate has experience working on aerospace systems and understands the right fidelity of system level modeling required to model large scale, many-on-many missions. The role requires the individual to be proficient in vehicle / sub-system modeling and well-versed in coding practices and software integration practices. If you have a passion for flight and like the idea of building a physics based digital representation of air vehicles and payloads, this is the role for you!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment across our portfolio of programs and products.
- Develop our Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) framework to support mission-level concept exploration, tactics development, autonomous behaviors, and Software-in-the-Loop (SITL) product development.
- Develop simulation models for sensors, comms, movement, tactical behaviors, weapon effects, electronic effects, command and control, and others.
- Partner with Operations Analysis team members to deliver simulations capabilities that enable efficient Monte Carlo and Design of Experiments analysis.
- Partner with capability teams like Mission Autonomy to deliver simulation capabilities to help accelerate development.
- Work with multi-disciplinary subject matter experts to understand and adequately model pertinent sub-system, system and system of system dynamics.

US Salary Range
$168,000 - $252,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
