Essential functions (job duties) : Job Purpose : The Social Media and Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Associate Director, Social Media and Partnerships in creating and curating an engaging and authentic social presence for the university. This role involves creating relevant and engaging content across social media platforms, social listening, and fostering interactions with our audience to promote brand awareness and positive opinion. The Social Media and Partnerships Coordinator will work directly with content producers across the university to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all digital channels. This role also supports the Associate Director with the university's partnership agreements. Essential Functions : Define, develop, and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Collaborates with teams to ensure all content aligns with the brand voice / vision / campaign. Engage with relevant audiences to build following and increase student enrollment; monitor and report on social media conversations and trends. Track, report, analyze social media campaigns to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Provide marketing and communications support for partner agreements. Participate in the training of other communicators on effective use of social media. Perform other related duties as assigned. Work Context : Job Reports to : Associate Director. Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, Communications, or a related field.
