Posting Details (Default Section) Posting Number 9002074 Title IT Analyst - Administrative Computing Position Type Full-Time Department Information Services Job Summary The purpose of this position is to be closely involved in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of administrative computer systems. Primary responsibilities are application development, database maintenance, and integration of data between systems, web development for software applications and user training and support. Serve as a liaison between departments and vendor support.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Support for CRM users - troubleshooting discrepancies between CRM and SIS, task flows and automation
- Learn business processes and associated applications systems to provide operating system and application system support for all college personnel
- Support the integration of information processes between software systems
- Write scripts, queries, stored procedures and ad hoc reports.
- Process maintenance of Technology purchases
- Assist end users (faculty, staff, and students) to resolve issues such as logins, passwords, email, and access to specific functionalities/applications
- Assist in business process development and provide user training for operating system and application systems
- Provide documentation for NCTC specific procedures
- Test application systems and communicate with application support to resolve system issues
- Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution.
Required Education Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent
