About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic technology organization. In this fast-paced environment, you'll handle collections, reconciliation, and resolution of accounts receivable balances with precision and professionalism.
Become part of our impactful Finance team, where you'll collaborate with experts in accounting, tax, credit, and financial planning. We support our vendors, customers, and internal teams, playing a crucial role in our company's success.
What You'll Do:
Reconcile accounts with minimal guidance.
Research accounts receivable histories.
Contact customers for payment information.
Identify payment issues and escalate red flags.
Resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure compliance in all applications.
What We're Looking For:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
Proficient in account reconciliation and credit procedures.
Familiar with RMA processes and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to change, manage stress, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in data entry and basic mathematical calculations.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated effective time management and multi-tasking strategies.
Familiarity with relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.
Working Conditions:
Professional office environment with potential shift work.
Sitting and on the phone for long periods at a time.
This role is hybrid, 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote.
