Arobas Personnel is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer for a contract with one of our clients.

*100% Remote *

What will your day-to-day look like?

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing tests to identify any issues before software is released. You will analyze, document, and track bugs with a strong attention to detail. You will also support your team by managing testing tools, reporting results, and promoting continuous improvement in testing practices.

A typical day includes:

• Creating and executing new test cases
• Documenting results and analyzing defects
• Collaborating with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Retesting after fixes to ensure no new bugs were introduced and that the original defect has been fully resolved

Required Experience
• Execute test cases under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in setting up test environments and performing basic tests
• Document test results and help identify issues
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging activities
• Contribute to testing documentation (test cases, test reports)
• Learn and use basic test automation tools and frameworks under supervision
• Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and efficiency
• Ability to create test plans for user stories
• Experience with ReadyAPI
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
