What you will be doing :
To assist with the cleaning of operating equipment during banquet functions
To wash and polish all operating equipment and cooking utensils and examine cleanliness before distribution
To perform other cleaning duties as instructed by the Stewarding Supervisor or the Executive Chef.
Be an active colleague and Turning Moments into Memories for our guests.
To share responsibility for all operating and cleaning equipment under their control
Familiar with safety equipment & procedures
Excellent physical condition
Must be responsible and reliable
To ensure standards with personal hygiene and grooming are consistently met.
Must lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications :
Warm and caring personality; previous experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
