Job Title : Welder / Fabricator

Shift : 1st Shift

Pay : Up to $23 / hr.

Location : Grandville, MI

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join a growing production team. This role involves welding, cutting, and assembling metal components to meet precise specifications. Candidates should be able to work efficiently, follow detailed plans, and produce high-quality welds.

Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG, Outer Shield, and Electrode Rod welding to fabricate and repair metal components.
• Use hand-held and stationary cutting torches to cut, prep, and fit materials as required.
• Read, interpret, and follow weld prints and fabrication drawings to produc
• e accurate assemblies.
• Set up, adjust, and regulate welding equipment—including current, voltage, gas flow, and electrode type—for proper metal fusion.
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Operate basic fabrication tools such as grinders, clamps, squares, and measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
