Closets by Design of South Central Michigan is hiring 3-5 designers/sales consultants!

If you're a motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to quickly connect with clients to find creative solutions for their home organization needs, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

We offer pre-set appointments with our clients, conveniently located near your home. You will receive comprehensive sales and design training, so prior experience is not necessary.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.

We are seeking coachable candidates who are eager to learn.

Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.

Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Ability to work in a business professional environment.

Basic computer and math skills

A Day In The Life

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).

Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.

Walk through the home to assess opportunities.

Educate customers on our products and services.

Follow our Sales Training and utilize effective communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs.
