Job Description
Role - Application Support
Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level technical support engineer with hands on experience of, Application and production support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE / DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and / or as part of larger team.
Primary Skills : Application Support
ITIL Processes like Incident Management
Service Request and Change Management
Experience in monitoring and managing jobs in Autosys, including job scheduling, job dependency management and troubleshooting failed jobs.
Secondary Skills
Experience in Linux and windows operating system
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics.
Knowledge of webservers and middleware.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to job failures, delays, and resource contention.
